I recognize Ben Hardy and Edith, as I recall my summers at Kraftwood back in the early 1940s – My Father, Guy Norwood Fisher was a long time employee at Kraft, who went to work under Mr J.L in 1921 and served as Director of Packaging for over 34 years, and was also a member of North Shore Baptist Church in Chicago. We lived in Wilmette and I often visited Mr Krafts home where he showed me his Jade workshop. My Father was so proud of having earned his jade ring in recogition of his many packaging patents while at Kraft Foods. He later served at the Glenview lab under John Kraft, who was his best friend. Great memories; My parents spent their honeymoon at Kraftwood in “Anti-climax” cabin!!
